Our beginning classes are designed to give you and your dog the foundation you need to start truffle hunting together. Classes are held in a comfortable, controlled learning environment at Premier Truffles and combine practical instruction, hands-on scent training, and an introduction to Oregon truffles from forest to table.

If there is enough interest, Premier Truffles will explore offering a limited advanced field class for teams ready for real-world truffle hunting experience in a producing truffle area.
This class would be offered separately from beginning classes, with limited enrollment and separate pricing. Availability will depend on securing an appropriate field location.

We work with trained truffle dogs and experienced handlers to help landowners explore the truffle potential of their property. Depending on your location, Premier Truffles may work with you directly or connect you with another member of the collaborative.

Services may include:

• Working with landowners interested in developing truffle opportunities on their property

Spend a weekend exploring the wild foods and useful plants of the Pacific Northwest.

These hands-on workshops change with the season and with what's ready to harvest. We'll identify and gather wild plants and then bring them back to the kitchen to turn what we've found into foods, drinks, and useful wildcrafted products.

Past workshops have included Queen Anne's Lace champagne, thimbleberry leaf shampoo, spruce-tip syrup, wild jellies, teas, and other seasonal creations.

No two workshops are exactly alike—the forest decides what's on the menu.
