Premier Truffles puppies are $5,000

Premier Truffles puppies are placed as companion dogs with limited AKC registration. Breeding rights are not included, and our contract includes a spay/neuter requirement.

​

Show or breeding prospects are considered separately and require prior approval and a separate written agreement with Premier Truffles.

​

A $750 deposit is required once a placement has been approved. The remaining balance of $4,250 is due when the puppy reaches 7 weeks of age. If a puppy is already more than 10 weeks old when placement is approved, payment in full is required at that time.

Older Puppies & Young Adults

Dogs approximately 6 months to 2 years old may be available from time to time. Pricing is determined individually based on the dog’s age, temperament, training, experience, and placement needs.

Two weeks of complimentary boarding each year — a $700 annual value at our current rate, or approximately $7,000 over ten years.​

Families receive updates as the litter grows while we observe each puppy's personality, confidence, energy level, working style, and individual needs.

At Day 49, each puppy is evaluated by an independent temperament evaluator in an unfamiliar location. I am present only as an observer and do not handle, cue, or influence the puppies during testing.

​

Those results are considered alongside seven weeks of daily observation to help determine which puppy is most likely to thrive with each approved family.

​

Placement is about the right match—not simply color, markings, or who chooses first.

For their safety, Premier Truffles puppies are not shipped as unattended cargo.

Families are welcome to pick up their puppy in Florence, Oregon. Depending on destination and scheduling, personal delivery or an in-cabin flight accompanied by an adult may also be arranged.

 

Transportation costs are discussed individually and are the responsibility of the buyer

 

Every Premier Truffles puppy receives age-appropriate preventive care and a veterinary examination or health check before going home. Families receive available health records and guidance for continued care.

Our lifetime genetic guarantee covers dogs clinically affected by four inherited conditions:

• Lagotto Storage Disease (LSD)

• Benign Familial Juvenile Epilepsy (BFJE)

• Hyperuricosuria (HUU)

• Degenerative Myelopathy (DM)

Your puppy must be examined by a licensed veterinarian within 96 hours of coming home, excluding weekends and legal holidays. Qualifying findings must be reported within 24 hours of diagnosis, with supporting veterinary documentation.

Approved claims provide one suitable replacement puppy, subject to availability and the contract’s requirements. Coverage excludes carrier status alone and does not generally include refunds, veterinary bills, or transportation expenses.
