Planning on a spring 2026 litter
Poppy’s 3rd and litter. We made a small but exciting change to our breeding plans: Poppy was double bred using both:
Terra Incognito Tom-Mino and Benigni Del Forte Canarbino
Because this is Poppy’s third and final litter, I didn’t want to miss the opportunity to include Benigni. He has outstanding health results, a stunning brown-and-tan coat, and an exceptional temperament.
Confirmation of parentage for each puppy, all puppies will be DNA tested so you’ll know exactly who the sire is for your puppy.
Physical Differences
Both are a more rare looks and markings that what we commonly see in US Lagotti
Tom-Mino: Usually described as having a classic Lagotto build with well-balanced proportions and a traditional coat color/pattern. Known for correct conformation and athletic structure.
Benigi (Benigni Del Forte Canarbino): A striking brown and tan male with excellent health results. He carries beautiful coloring and a strong, muscular build. Likely to pass on deep, rich coat colors and good bone structure.
Mental/Training Attributes
Tom-Mino: Comes from strong working lines. Known for focus, drive, and natural truffle-hunting instincts. Puppies often inherit high trainability and working enthusiasm.
Benigi: Has a calm, easygoing temperament while still being intelligent and biddable. Offspring are expected to have excellent companion qualities with solid problem-solving skills.
Emotional/Temperament Traits
Tom-Mino: Tends toward energetic and spirited, suitable for active families or performance homes. Puppies often love to work and play, thriving with mental stimulation.

Benigni (Benigi) Del Forte Canarbino × Poppy — What I expect
Temperament/drive: Calm, people-oriented, biddable pups that still enjoy learning. Excellent “family companion + hobby training” vibe.
Energy level: Moderate — playful and social, a little easier off-switch indoors with good routines.
