The Adoption Process:
Rescue and rehoming needs can be unpredictable—some months we take in multiple dogs, while other times, none. If you are interested in adopting a rescue Lagotto, completing our adoption form is the best way to be considered when a dog becomes available.

Commitment to Our Rescued Dogs
When you adopt a Lagotto through our rescue efforts, you will be asked to sign a commitment agreement that reflects our dedication to the breed:
Lifelong Responsibility – You agree to be fully responsible for the dog’s physical, emotional, and financial well-being.
Rehoming Policy – You may not sell, give away, or rehome the dog. If, for any reason, you are unable to continue caring for them, you must return the dog to us.
Spay/Neuter Requirement – If the dog has not been spayed or neutered at the time of adoption, you must ensure the procedure is completed and provide proof to Premier Truffles.
